Senior Leadership Team
Our Senior Leadership Team works collaboratively to ensure every pupil receives the highest quality education, care and support. Led by Headteacher Michelle Jordan, the team includes Deputy Headteacher Claire Sillett, who oversees the day-to-day running of the school and the quality of education; Pastoral Lead, Paul Mackay, who leads on behaviour, attendance, pupil voice within the School Council; Designated Safeguarding Lead and Family Liaison Officer, Joe Allen who oversees safeguarding across the school, supports families and promotes parent voice; and Curriculum Lead, Naomi Train who is responsible for the implementation and development of the curriculum, including qualifications and accreditations. Together, the team is committed to creating a safe, nurturing and ambitious environment where every pupil can thrive.
Administration Team
Our Administration Team provides the friendly, efficient support that helps keep the school running smoothly each day. Led by Senior Administrator Mandy Pickersgill, who oversees all administrative functions, the team is supported by School Administrator Amy Stapleton and Hannah Benson, Receptionist and Attendance Officer, who is the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries and ensures that attendance records and school registers are accurately maintained.
